PNBAA recommends attendees arrive the evening before, on March 3, 2010 as the “Human Side of Aviation” Event begins early in the morning on March 4, 2010. Though hosted at the Museum of Flight, which is situated at King County International Airport (BFI), the closest airport with commercial air service is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Airlines serving SEA can be found at http://www.portseattle.org/seatac/.

 ·         Check-in is from 3:00pm. To guarantee an early check-in, the reservation must be made for the night prior to arrival. All early check-in requests that are not guaranteed for the evening prior to arrival, will be accommodated upon availability. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
